Harmony At Home is a locally owned, non-medical home care agency founded in Knoxville, Tennessee. We are not a franchise — we are a community-first organization deeply committed to the seniors and families of East Tennessee. Our mission is to help older adults age in place with dignity, safety, and comfort in the home they love.

Our team of trained, compassionate caregivers is hand-selected and carefully supervised. Every caregiver undergoes thorough background checks, reference verification, and ongoing training in areas including dementia care, fall prevention, medication reminders, and personal care assistance. We match each client with a caregiver whose personality, skills, and availability align with their needs.

How We Select and Train Our Caregivers

We recruit caregivers who are motivated by genuine compassion. Every new caregiver completes orientation covering client rights, safety protocols, communication standards, and service delivery expectations. Ongoing training keeps our team current on best practices in home care, memory care, and fall prevention.
