Standard hourly non-medical home care starts at approximately $32 per hour. Rates vary based on care complexity, overnight supervision, and geographic location within East Tennessee.

Payment Options

• Private Pay — Self-pay or family-funded care. No long-term contracts required. Flexible scheduling.
• Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI) — Most long-term care insurance policies cover non-medical home care. We work directly with insurance companies to simplify claims.
• EEOICPA / DEEOIC — Harmony At Home is an approved provider for former Oak Ridge DOE workers. Care is fully covered and billed directly to the U.S. Department of Labor.
• VA Aid & Attendance — Veterans and surviving spouses may qualify for VA Aid & Attendance or Housebound benefits to pay for in-home care.
• CHOICES (TennCare Medicaid) — Tennessee's CHOICES program may fund non-medical home care for eligible low-income seniors aged 65+ or adults with disabilities.
